The Tenancy Deposit Scheme recognised that providing an app to their tenant client base would add value to their offering and provide a USP over their competitors.

In order for the app to deliver on their objectives, gaining an understanding of their complex user journeys and process flows was critical, as was ensuring that the data can be securely accessed and stored in the CRM. Because of NetXtra’s experience in providing the TDS integrated website, we were ideally placed to develop their app which is managed through the website CMS and utilises the same CRM integration.

The app, launched this week, is designed to help tenants to manage their deposits from lodging to reclaiming. Tenants can use the app to easily find valuable information, manage their details,  make tenancy changes, download certificates, request the return of their deposits, check on progress and respond to requests. As tenants administer their details and take action in the app, data flows securely between the app and CRM providing real-time updates for all involved.

Launching the TDS app is a phenomenal achievement and we congratulate the TDS and NetXtra teams on a really fantastic project which opens the door to so much more!
