Relevant resources can also be easily accessed, which will strengthen the value that existing members perceive from their membership subscription, thereby increasing member satisfaction and retention.

BFM products can also be purchased through Engage using the intuitive e-commerce module. This feature will allow BFM members a seamless purchasing journey which provides a hassle-free experience, whilst increasing confidence in BFM and their commitment to members.
