NetXtra were proud to support MemberWise as an Official Partner for this year’s Digital Excellence 2019. The event is arguably one of the largest digital-focused conferences for the sector and has become one of the annual calendars ‘must-attends’. This year the event hosted a record 537 delegates and saw more than 40 membership professionals and digital experts sharing their success stories including: The National Trust, Royal Yachting Association, Institution of Engineering and Technology and The Scouts.

The conference discussions centred around innovative and digital ways to improve member retention, increase new member acquisition, enhance member value, optimise member engagement and achieve sustainable long-term growth. Our own seminar on the topic of ‘Making Corporate Membership Personal’ was well attended with the audience engaged in contributing their experiences.
