Membership Excellence is the largest and most ambitious national membership best practice conference to take place in the UK. This year was no exception with over 60+ membership body senior management team members plus 700 delegates and 43 exhibitors filled Hammersmiths London West Novotel on 2nd May for a really thought-provoking day. It was also great to work alongside our fellow ClearCourse partners.

Delegates were looking to become inspired and harvest ideas on how to; improve member retention, increase new member acquisition, enhance member value, optimise member engagement and achieve sustainable long-term growth. Our focus was on how integrating your systems can really help to increase member engagement. We presented a demonstration on how this can be achieved and the valuable outcomes. 

We also challenged delegates to engage in a bit of fun and healthy competition with our virtual bowling challenge. Competition was fierce and scores were high, with the winning delegate score being 116 bowled by Elizabeth Wayner of the Groucho Club. Her victory secured her the greatly coveted luxury Hotel Chocolat Hamper.
