With 18 centres across the country, Notcutts wanted to improve accessibility of their quality products and services to their loyal local customers whilst extending their reach to those who are not necessarily within easy reach of their stores. Which they achieve with the new website.

An important focus has been to grow membership of their Privilege Club. Harnessing NetXtra’s experience in systems integration, new members can now join online, whilst existing members can complete their annual renewal, request replacement cards and log into their accounts to see what benefits they have accrued.
